Returns and Refunds

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any purchase from SoutheasternMS.com simply email our internet department at customerservice@southeasternms.com and request a return material authorization (RMA number) for the product(s) you are returning. You will be asked the reason, and SoutheasternMS.com will gladly issue a refund, to your original method of payment, based on the following limitations:

• Merchandise must be returned within 30 days, in original packing, and in resalable condition, and accompanied by your packing slip.
• For sanitary reasons, SoutheasternMS.com will not refund any merchandise that can be worn next to the skin (i.e., stockings, braces, bras, incontinence panties, and briefs, etc.).  When purchasing such an item, please be sure to order the correct size.  If you are unsure as to the sizing, please feel free to call us at :Toll Free: 866-363-7674, Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm EST, or email us at sales@southeasternms.com
• SoutheasternMS.com will charge a 20% restocking fee on all returns.
• Amounts to be credited are determined by the paid purchase price of the product, less the 20% restocking fee, and less shipping and handling charges.
